It took a couple weeks to get the bluetooth function to work with my phone. The microphone on the unit however is poor, and you are better off just using speakerphone. The reasons i bought this device was for the bluetooth function, and ipod use. After plugging my ipod in, and selecting the ipod function on the unit, the radio states that ipod use is not installed on the radio. I was able to use the aux jack to play the music, but i did not have ipod control or charging for the ipod. I sucked it up and pressed on. After 1 month of use, the radio stopped turning on and off with the ignition. I got by using the on and off switch. I wasnt happy but pressed on. 2 weeks later, the radio shut completely off and no longer works. I checked all the fuses and wiring up to it (my career field is electronics repair) and everything is good up to the radio.
